Start from where things get stuck, not from a tool
We have worked on each of these six situations in real projects. Each page covers what you'll notice, where it usually gets stuck, how we fix it, and how we check that it worked. Automation, AI and custom code are some of the tools we use, not the starting point.
Someone spends hours every week building the same reports
Run a script, copy a spreadsheet, paste in a CSV. The steps never change, yet only one or two people know how to do them, and when a number is questioned, nobody can say where it came from. We first map every step of the reporting chain and the source of every number, then turn it into one button. Old and new run side by side, and we switch only when the numbers match.
How we find and fix thisYour data is locked in legacy systems or an internal network, and head office has no live view
"The system is too old to integrate" is often treated as the final answer. It is really a constraint: the data is on the screen, not behind an interface. We automate the path a person already takes to log in and page through it, with a VPN tunnel and browser automation inside a container, and collect the data in a cloud dashboard. None of your existing equipment has to change.
How we find and fix thisYou spend on ads, but can't tell which ones lead to sales
Platform reports stop at the click. Once a customer moves into a chat, the data stays scattered across conversations and nobody collects it. We connect the full chain from click to chat to booking to sale, measure every platform on the same basis, and calculate true ROAS.
How we find and fix thisEach department's numbers are spread across a dozen Excel files, and the versions never match
When versions never match, the problem is usually not the reporting tool. It is that the source formats were never aligned. We get every number into one place first: a central database and web dashboard, an Excel batch import that previews with a dry run, and historical data moved over too.
How we find and fix thisCompany know-how lives in senior staff's heads, and one question from a new hire interrupts three people
When one question from a new hire interrupts three people, what's missing is usually not a tool. It is a fixed place for the knowledge to live. We set the rules first: each fact lives on one card, confidential items are stored as pointers rather than content, and quality is enforced by automatic validation. Once the knowledge is in a form AI can read, AI Q&A can be added.
How we find and fix thisYou can't update your website, and the source code isn't in your hands
We first take stock of who holds the domain, source code, analytics and deployment accounts today. Whatever can't be recovered we rebuild 1:1 from the live site, then manage tracking codes in one place and put the code in an account your company owns. Website, data and deployment access all come back to your company.
